Dr. Queen Blessing is a multi-faceted inspirational author, public health practitioner, international adviser, advocate, and humanitarian. Through her platforms, she addresses critical issues that plague women and development. As a United Nations Representative, she founded the Global Empowerment Movement humanitarian platform, an organization “in Special Consultative Status with the United Nations Economic and Social Council,” she addresses critical issues that plague women and development including advocacy for gender-based violence and support for abused, abandoned single mothers and their children in distress.

In support of her endeavors to bridging the gap and uniting Africans in the Diaspora with the People of African Descent, she authored Georgia Senate Resolution 381, passed in Georgia Senate in 2017.

In fulfillment of the message in the Georgia Senate Resolution 381, Dr. Queen Blessing wrote a book about Uniting the People of African Descent and the development of the motherland together. The book: We Are the Blessings of Africa, Reshaping Our Greatness Together” was launched at the United Nations General Assembly, New York.

To achieve her clarion call in her book to “Unite People of African Descent” across the United States of America and around the world, Dr. Queen Blessing established the African Unity Sixth Region USA Foundation (AU6RUSA) organization to assist, mobilize, organize, and unite the People of African Descent because “We Are The Blessings of Africa and We Are Strong Together.”
